The Towers is a residence hall located on The City College of New York campus at St. Nicholas Terrace and West 130th Street. The Towers houses predominantly undergraduate full-time CCNY students, as well as a limited number of students who attend other CUNY schools. Approximately 20 percent of the resident population is comprised of students who attend other CUNY schools, graduate students, and visiting faculty members. Based upon availability, The Towers offers clustered living-learning communities for a limited number of students of the Macaulay Honors College, students of Sophie Davis School for Biomedical Education, and graduate students. At this time, The Towers does not offer single apartments (where a student lives completely alone without suitemates), family/married student housing, or co-ed housing. A limited number of spaces are available for short-term housing for faculty.
The Towers partners very closely with the offices of the CCNY's Division of Student Affairs, such as the Access, Wellness, and Counseling Center, Student Life and Leadership Development, Athletics, and the Career Center, to provide resources and support students' needs. The Towers also works with the Bursar's Office and the Financial Aid Office to assist students with understanding and meeting their financial obligations.
